Victor Management SL was set up in 2000, specialising in Project Management, specifically, the construction of new private homes and major refurbishments. The Victor Management team consists of English, Spanish and French speaking, fully qualified, professionals.

Victor Management SL was founded by Lionel Victor who brought his experience and expertise to Spain after an extensive career in France as a Project Manager and previously in Gibraltar. Lionel is a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer and a full member of the Chartered Institute of Building in the UK. In France he obtained the prestigious “École Nationale des Ponts et Chausées” building qualification. Presently in Spain he belongs to the “Colegio de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos” and the “Colegio de Arquitectos Técnicos”. His career experience as a Structural Engineer in Gibraltar and later in France as Head of Building and Civil Engineering Department for Gaz de France has successfully prepared him to lead his Project Management team in Spain.
